THE PROBLEM

At the start, the team at 2050 used multiple tools for different purposes, without a unifying system to consolidate the data for valuable decision-making insights. This created a lack of clarity and low visibility across all internal initiatives.

THE GOAL OF THE PROJECT

The final stage of the transformation involved consolidating the internal software stack to create a highly automated, secure, and intentional operational workflow. This workflow is designed to meet the unique needs of 2050, an investment team focused on impact-oriented investments that benefit society and the planet.

THE WORK PROCESS

To achieve the desired state of operations, we mapped out the most critical internal workflows that needed rethinking and prioritizing. This led us to identify the first area of focus: sales and project management, using Pipedrive and Notion as the core software. Through internal research and questionnaires, we automated data exchange between the tools where beneficial, while allowing each contributor to track qualitative insights on each investment deal and project in their respective platforms.

THE OUTCOME

The leadership team has visibility into data insights from daily operations and can focus on high-impact strategic decisions for the company and the investment network. Every team member has clear guidance on processing information for sales and project management. This helps everyone at 2050 focus on high-leverage work to maximize a fertile future for partners, investors, team members, founders, and society.
